FAQ’s

What are the main benefits of liquid vitamins and supplements vs. pills, powders and tablets?

The most common benefits of using a liquid vitamin or supplement compared to other non-liquid forms is that that they are more quickly absorbed into the blood stream, the efficacy is generally much higher, and they are much easier to consume in liquid form.

What is the difference between Private Labeling and Nutraceutical Contract Manufacturers?

Private labeling is offered on over 40 standard products from our stock formula list. We then place your company label on the bottle so that they are retail ready.  Nutraceutical contract manufacturing is when you want to change the formula, add new ingredients or create an entirely new custom formulation.

Is there a minimum number of bottles that I have to order?

Our processes makes small minimum orders possible at a reasonable price point, including custom orders.  Under our Private Label Program  we have a low minimum order of just 12 bottles.   Our Contract Manufacturing Program is designed for those that need custom formulations.  The minimum order for contract manufacturing is determined by the custom formulation that is required.  Most minimums are around 200 gallons.  We want to help you build your business so that over time you will be ordering larger quantities with each order.  Most companies require you to order over 100 bottles of one product to do private labeling.  We make it very easy to start with just a few bottles so you can build your business gradually as demand grows.

How do I get my private label designs made?

We offer free graphic designs for all products you order from us.  This can include your company name, logo, address, phone number and website address on the label.  If you don’t have a company logo yet, no need to worry, we can make one for you at no charge.  We print some of the custom labels in-house for quick printing and apply them directly to the bottles for you so they are ready to sell upon delivery.  For larger orders we have local printers that we can recommend for high quality label printing.

How long does it take to process my order and receive the items?

Most standard products are usually in stock.  For private label orders we have a great team of designers and warehouse staff to assist you.  We can design your labels and ship your product usually within just a few day from when your order is placed.  Extra large orders may take a few extra days.  For large contract manufacturing orders, most orders take several weeks to manufacture.  All products are shipped through UPS and various freight carriers.  Normal delivery time for the west coast is 1-2 days.  Businesses on the east coast normally receive their product in 4-7 business days.
